• In July, Eastporters host their famous OLD HOME WEEK Fourth of July Celebration featuring a variety of activities, parades, reunions, and fireworks: it's great family fun. One of the best things to do here is to eat lobster & steamed clams.
• Visit Raye's Mustard Mill, Stone Ground Mustard at its best: a working museum
• Swirl around the "Old Sow" whirlpool, sometimes legend, sometimes reality
• Watch the loading of big ships at the port in Eastport: a real working port
• AQUACULTURE "The FISH Farmers of Maine"
• Tour the Fort Sullivan Barracks Historical Museum
• Whale Watching with Captain Butch Harris aboard the Sylvina Beal
• Visit the historic Peavey Library

• Visit Cobscook Bay State Park - great place for a family picnic or kayaking
