 **For the privacy of other campers no tents allowed on RV Sites. Camping rates are based on a family of four. $3.00 extra per-person or guest per day. Please check in at the office upon arrival.

*Seasonal sites pay for their electric. Non-metered seasonal/monthly sites pay $45.00 per month. Stays of 7 days or more on metered sites pay electric.

 The majority of the cottages are on the water and have panoramic views of the Canadian Islands. All cottages have full kitchens, linens, pots&pans, cable TV, microwaves, wi-fi access. Pictures available of cottages below.

Launching and docking facilities available for your boat. We can accomodate boats up to 50 ft. fuel available off site. Dock space for Seaview guests is $10 per day, non-guests $15 per day.

NO SMOKING POLICY FOR ALL BUILDINGS. Price does not include 7% Maine State Sales Tax. A $35 non-refundable deposit on all reservations. An advance deposit of 1/2 (non-refundable) is required for all Holidays/Special Events/and dates with asterisk(*). Two night minimum on these weekends. A $10 per day per pet fee for all cottages, no more than two. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE MOTEL ROOM. Proof of rabies vaccination is required for all dogs. No refunds after arrival, office hours are 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. If you need assistance to your site please arrive before 8:00 p.m. There are no check-ins after 9:00 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made for after hours check in.

State Environmental Law prohibits the use of chemicals on the shoreland. Therefore there is no washing or rinsing of RV's on all sites. There is a designated area to wash or rinse your RV, so please ask at the desk for this location.

Directions to a piece of Heaven: We are Northeast of Bar Harbor/ MDI up Route 1, turn right onto 190. Follow road for 5-1/2 miles, then take a left onto Norwood Rd. (Eastport Airport will be on your right). Go approximately 800 ft and the office is on the left (Grey building). If coming from Bangor travel across Route 9 to Route 1 South to the town of Perry. Take a left onto Route 190 and go approximately 5-1/2 miles and take a left onto Norwood Rd. We are 1/3 of a mile down on the left side. Check in/out for the Rv's is 12.00 p.m. Check in for the Cottages/Motel Rooms is 2:00 p.m. Check out is 10:00 a.m.
